2D to 3D Reconstruction of Orthogonal Pollen Images

- Development and comparison of deep learning methods for 3D reconstruction of pollen from two orthogonal 2D views.
- Implementation of Visual Hull, Pix2Vox, Pixel2Mesh++, PixelNeRF and Hunyuan3D-2 for sparse-view reconstruction.
- Construction of a hierarchical preprocessing pipeline including augmentation and 3D pollen model corrections.
- Evaluation with Chamfer Distance, F-Score, IoU and biological plausibility.
- Use of Python, PyTorch/3D, TensorFlow, VTK and Trimesh.
